Ray Ban X Ferrari F1 Pop Up Store:

My chosen concept for my pop up store is Natural Armour. I have focused particularly on oxidisation as a natural armour, combining this with the brand Ray Bans and there collaboration with Ferrari F1. Similarly as to how rays bans protect your eyes, oxidisation also acts as a protective layer on metals to stop further erosion. In addition I have also experimented with creating my own materials within the space, experimenting with clay, paper, recyclable materials and transparency materials which I then had to choose two to develop further and place within my store.
Integrating oxidisation with the sleek and dynamic elements of Ray-Ban and Ferrari F1 required a careful and nuanced approach. Successfully harmonising these contrasting elements was key to achieving a cohesive and visually striking design. Overall, the final outcome of this project is one that I am really proud of as it took much development and consideration to find that harmonious balance.

This store is placed within the Monza race ciruit in Italy, not only is this one of the oldest circuits still raced on but also the fastest track on the Fl calendar making it a spccial circuit to the Ferrari Fl team.
In the design of the space, Collins FR faux Leather Fabric in black was strategically placed around the archways, drawing inspiration from both the leather cases of Ray Bans and the textured surface of Fl tires. This choice not only echoes the sleek sophistication associated with Ray Ban's accessories but also pays homage to the rugged yet refined aesthetic of Formula I racing. Complementing this, Fresco Wallpaper was artfully integrated throughout the space. Its subtle texture and muted tones serve to evoke the concept of Oxidization, adding depth and character to the environment without overwhelming it.
